FAQ | Common Questions

Where do you provide telehealth?

I provide telehealth sessions to adults in Texas, Georgia, New York, New Jersey, and Florida. We can also meet in person in Houston, TX (Upper Kirby, Rice Village, River Oaks, Downtown Houston, Bellaire, Montrose, and Meyerland). The office is right off 59/69 on Kirby Drive, with easy access and parking.

What are the session fees?

My initial consultation is 60 minutes and costs $220. Subsequent sessions are 45 minutes and cost $250. These fees are set to ensure a consistent weekly rhythm.

Do you accept insurance?

I am an out-of-network provider, which means I do not bill insurance companies directly. You are responsible for payment at the time of your session.

If your insurance plan includes out-of-network mental health benefits, I can provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

Coverage and reimbursement vary by plan, so I recommend contacting your insurance company before beginning therapy to ask about your out-of-network benefits, deductible, reimbursement rate, and any other requirements.

When appropriate, I can also provide a letter of medical necessity to support an insurance claim or appeal.

If you have questions about how this works, I'm happy to discuss it during your consultation.

What is the session rhythm?

The work is built around a consistent weekly rhythm. This allows us to build a deep, relational connection and notice the patterns that keep repeating in your life.

How do group sessions work?

Group sessions are a live, here-and-now way to practice how you relate to others. We meet virtually on a weekly basis to notice and practice our interpersonal patterns.

What should I expect?

We start with a 10-minute discovery call to get to know each other. This is followed by a 60-minute consultation to explore what brings you here.
